During COVID, we found that offering one-on-one sessions with our clients brought tremendous value. These private appointments allowed us to provide undivided attention in a safe, personalized setting—something our clients deeply appreciated. Because this approach was so successful, we chose to continue operating By Appointment Only even after COVID restrictions ended. Our clients continue to value the individualized care and focus that private sessions provide.

At Northwest Optical, we do not provide contact lens fittings. We believe this specialized service is best handled by the licensed eye doctors who prescribe them, ensuring the highest level of care and accuracy for your vision needs. We’re happy to assist with all your eyeglass and optical accessory needs once your prescription is in hand.
